“ What a great spot for lunch with my Dad & kids on this holiday Monday! A beautifully restored building with so much hard work put in every detail. The pizza and pretzels were so fresh and complemented the variety of beer perfectly. I love that Glasstown is celebrating producers from the area; including Parks blueberries in their sour. The owner, Todd, gave us a little tour after of the patio and upstairs speakeasy - looks like a place to return to and celebrate! Will be back again, especially when the Pale Ale is canned! ”
“ stopped by for lunch today. impressed by the service, staff were excellent. food was tasty and the beer cold. we lucked out with a tour of the whole building. lots of great things to come. these folks have a dream and they are making it happen. ”
“ So excited to welcome these guys to Wallaceburg tonight for their opening day! The place looks amazing & I can’t wait to see how things progress! They were fully staffed & everyone was doing their absolute best to keep up with never ending crowds of people. As a new business they are of course working out things as they navigate their new jobs. They deserve kindness and patients. That said. The food & drinks were great!!! Some highlights for us were the burrata pizza & the blueberry beer. I can’t remember the name of the beer & our waitress said it wasn’t on the menu yet so make sure you ask! It’s made with local blueberries from Parks!! That’s one HUGE thing we noticed about this place. A lot of their drinks are made with ingredients from SO many Ontario businesses. We love to see that kind of support! Welcome to Wallaceburg! We wish you all nothing but success. ”
“ This was an amazing place to stop. We are and had a few drinks. Also got a tour of the upcoming 2nd and 3rd floor. Seems like a great place to have a party if you book the speakeasy room! ”
“ The atmosphere is nice. The food is good. The pretzels are incredible. I've had a few different waitresses. Never a bad experience. Decent parking around beside it. I had a few of the house beers also. They were good as well. ”
“ Great to have a local, Wallaceburg brewery. Came with a friend, my parents and my son. Nice to have 3 generations enjoying your great food. Tried 2 flights of the beer with my son so we could taste all that was available. So good! I brought a few to take home to continue the experience with my wife. Thanks so much! We’ll be back when we visit my hometown again. ”
“ Took a drive out to give Glasstown Brewery a try. Definitely did not disappoint. Great atmosphere/vibe, service was fantastic, food was delicious and the beer was awesome. They also have a very nice patio out back. Wasn't patio weather for this visit, but will definitely have to check that out the next time. Cheers! ”
“ We stumbled across Glasstown Brewery after seeing a small advertisement posted at the Algonac-Walpole ferry. We got rerouted due to the construction and long lines at the Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron. I’m not a huge beer drinker but I figured we would try it out, cause it seemed nearby and we were hungry. After a 15 min drive, we arrived at the brewery and it was a beautiful large building on a river in a tiny town. We sat on the patio and they had live music. We ordered a Wood fire pizza and the Chicken Skewers with that sauce was delicious. We didn’t drink too much cause we had to drive to Toronto but I had a stout beer and my wife had an espresso martini luckily they have a full bar and not just beer. After we payed our bill, we told our waitress that we came from America and she gave us a tour of the brewery section and tanks also the brewery has a secret speakeasy. It’s a Nice place, good food and cocktail menu and the US dollar goes further in Canada. I would definitely recommend it and we will be back especially cause the bridge is being repaired til November. ”
